"FFYL" is an acronym for "Fool For Your Love", a photography shoot conceptualized (by me) highlighting the value we attach to material goods, specifically designer bags and garments. The model is infatuated with a thing, which is something I find fascinating about our society. People have become increasingly more interested in "things". Bags, shoes, cars, likes, and with that we have grown further away from the human connection. What we fail to realize is, as we attach value to these material items, we don't own them. They own us.
